Method: the tests that we did were
Strength- Grip bar.
Power- Vertical jump.
Body composition- Weight/ Hight.
Flexibillty- Reach your toes.
Balance- Standing on one leg.
Agility- Cone corse.
Coordination- Tennis ball catching.
Reaction time- Ruler drop.
Speed- 30m Sprint.
Muscular endurance- Plank.
